    We go to the kitchen, workshop or estate first, and eat or touch what we will photograph.

  2. Plan

    Shot list in the order things are made, one light plan for stills and film.

  3. Shoot

    Plates photographed straight from the pass, fabric checked against the sample on set.

  4. Finish

    Colour true to the real thing, versions for menu, print, web and social.
